Southland began as a pool maintenance company in 2006. In 2010 Southland Pool & Lawn, LLC was formed to include landscape services along with pool service. Southland is a locally owned company servicing residential and commercial pool maintenance and landscaping needs for the Emerald Coast. Southland has expanded over the years and now includes services to properties in Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Niceville, Crestview and more. Our company is committed to delivering exceptional services along with competitive pricing, to maintain a long term relationship with our customers.

We assign a landscape manager to oversee service crews, do weekly inspections and meet with property management to ensure company standards are being met.
